Today I’m going to be sharing what I eat in a day. Not only am I going to be sharing what I eat – I’ll also be sharing what I don’t eat and a few of my favorite recipes.
Over the last several months, I’ve slowly started upgrading and changing my diet to be a little bit more nutritious and supportive of my overall health.
I’ve never felt better. It has made such a difference having good nutritious food in my diet, and I will never go back!
