New Anti Aging Skincare Routine Over 50
Today I’m going to break down my new anti aging skincare routine for my over 50 skin that I’ll be trying over the next six months.
It’s a little bit different than what I’ve talked about before and I think that maybe you’ll want to join me!
I decided not to let the winter months go to waste and start this new skincare routine that I’ve been thinking about trying for a while. I thought now would be the perfect time to work on the skin on other parts of my body that gets hidden during the winter months.
Let’s jump into it to find out all the details of my new anti-aging skincare routine that I think will be perfect for us over 50 gals!
Derma rolling is the foundation of this skincare program. A lot of studies show an increase in collagen and an improved look at the targeted area.
The size of the derma roller you want to use for your body is different than the one you want to use for your face. A 1.5 mm derma roller is perfect to use on your body as it has longer needles so it goes a little deeper into your skin.
Red light therapy is known for its anti-aging benefits and wound healing capabilities.
After using the derma roller, red light therapy will have a tremendous impact on my skin. This red light is natural and can penetrate deep into the skin, where the cells can absorb and use it.
Differin Gel is a fantastic anti-aging product as it stimulates collagen production.
It works to encourage collagen growth and banish pesky dark spots by exfoliating the surface of the skin cells to prevent the brown spots and dark pigmentation that contributes to an aged appearance.
