If you’re not familiar with rebounding, let me tell you – there are so many benefits! First of all, it improves your balance because you’re jumping up and down. It gets your body used to keeping yourself straight and in the middle of the trampoline.
It also strengthens your muscles. Not only in your legs but
your abdomen, your back, and almost entirely through your whole body.
Since I’ve started bouncing on my rebounder, I have noticed that my legs look a lot more toned, and my abs are a lot more fit. In addition, I feel a greater sense of strength. It helps to improve your posture and increase in energy.
One of the things I love most about rebounding is how convenient it is.
You can stick it in the corner of your house somewhere. I bounce on it every, and it has made such a significant improvement in my health.
