What was I thinking??? I’ve got a HUGE drugstore makeup haul — so big that I had to split it into 2 parts!
You’ll see everything from primers to lip liners to the ‘BEST’ drugstore powder ever.
I’m sharing what I bought, why I bought it and what I think it might do for us over 50 gals with mature skin. Join me for today’s episode and stay tuned for Part 2 coming soon!
I’m a big fan of the Milani Baked Blushes, so am really excited to try this Milani Baked Highlight. I chose the color Dolce Perla.
After swatching it I can say that the formula is very fine, and the shift of the highlight is beautiful.
I’ll be using it in an upcoming GRWM and we can find out together if this one is a winner.
I have used this formula in the past (I think my daughter snatched it up!), but don’t feel like I gave it all my attention. I’ve repurchased it to give it a full review for lengthening, volumizing, lasting power and if it flakes or smears.
I’m so excited to try this new Hard Candy Smoothing Primer Balm ! I’ve heard quite a number of good reviews and after swatching it on the back of my hand I’m even more enthused.
It felt smooth, ‘balmy’ and so hydrating! This formula is similar to the infamous Elf Putty Primer, but is said to be more hydrating. I hope so!
As my under eye circles continue to darken (or is it that I’m just noticing them more???), my focus on correctors has gained momentum.
I’ve decided it’s time to try and review under eye correctors that really work for us over 50 gals with mature skin.
The LA Girl Pro Conceal is my first venture out from the Loreal Pencil corrector I was using. I’m encouraged by the creamy formula and the peachy color. Let’s see what impact we can make on those dark circles!
