2 Year Anti-Aging Skincare Results Over 50
The time has come for me to share the results of my 2-year anti-aging skincare journey. I am so surprised by the results!
I’ve been thinking about what to share for quite some time now. I wanted to make sure to answer all your questions and let you know the most important information I’ve gained over the last 2 years of my anti-aging skincare journey.
I’m sharing what I think has changed over the last two years, what worked for me, what didn’t, and what surprised me the most. I’ll also be sharing what I’ll be doing with my skin as I move forward.

What I used to get these results.
Keep reading or watching below as I show you exactly what I used for these anti-aging skin care results.

The most important thing that I can share with you about anti-aging skincare for us over 50 women is you don’t need to spend a lot of money on skincare.
Some of the most treasured products I feel have done the most for my skin are very affordable. There is almost nothing in my entire skincare routine that I would consider expensive.
What I’ve learned about anti-aging skincare is there are some basic products for any good skincare routine. I like to use the comparison of putting together a classic outfit that contains staples that are in style year after year.
I believe the foundation of a good skincare routine is much like that classic outfit. It’s something that you’ll want to keep in your skincare routine year after year.
The basics you need for essential skincare over 50.
Of course, other products can enhance your skincare routine, and I look at them as skincare jewelry. Once we have our classic skincare products in our routine and use them daily, we can add accessory skincare items that can enhance our result, but the classics stay the same.
Anti-Aging Devices I Used Regularly
Nuface Microcurrent

The NuFace is such a handy little machine, and I enjoyed using it for quite some time. Spoiler alert – I have moved on to the Myolift Mini because I feel like it’s a better fit for me.
The NuFace comes with different intensity levels. It also comes with instructions on how to move it over your skin. So it’s as easy as placing the conducting gel on your face and moving the NuFace very slowly, holding for a second and then moving again.
When I used the NuFace, I was doing about three or four passes in a particular area and then moving to the next section of my face.
Myolyft Mini Microcurrent

I made the switch to the Myolift Mini. I have noticed that my treatments are much more effective, and they seem to last a lot longer. The machine’s versatility is just incredible, particularly for the price.
One of the reasons I like MyoLift is this device’s ease of use. I use the gloves with this device, so you don’t have to use a conducting gel, and it’s one less step I have to think about.
When I first started using the MyoLift Mini, I used it about 2 to 3 times a week, and I did that for about a month. Now I can do it once a week, and my treatment lasts all week long.
The bottom line for me is that my treatments with this microcurrent device are more effective and last longer than what I was getting from the Nuface.
NIRA Review

The NIRA is an at-home laser device that uses the same technology as medical-grade lasers. As a matter of fact, the company that produces the NIRA started in medical-grade laser devices.
The NIRA device shoots out heat that travels deep into the dermis, which stimulates collagen and elastin production in that area you’re treating.
I’ve been using the NIRA for several months now and have had excellent results. This particular unit is FDA cleared for the area around your eyes; however, I used it all around my eyes, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines.
After using NIRA for about five months, I took after pictures which you can see here. I was shocked to see the most remarkable improvement of my face was the lower part. Although I had some very subtle changes in my eye area, it wasn’t the most significant difference.
MITO Red light Benefit

The following device that I am in love with is my MITO Red Light Therapy Unit. I use it every single morning for 10 minutes. Why do I love it so much? Red light Sparks the production of ATP or adenosine triphosphate. What is ATP? It is the spark or the fuel for your body.
The more ATP your body has, the more it can function in a very, very helpful way. Red Light Therapy has so many benefits, which you can read more about here.
I often share that if you can only afford or want one device, get a good Red Light Unit. That Red Light Unit is not only going to improve your skin, but it will also improve your overall health dramatically. I have never seen a healthy person who doesn’t have wonderful skin.
So if you want to have beautiful skin, keep in mind that a healthy body is a foundational aspect of healthy, beautiful skin.
Nebulyft

The last device that I want to share, I use almost daily because I love it so much. It is my Nebulyft which is a radiofrequency device.
It increases the firmness and the plumpness of my skin. It feels so good on the skin, and it’s like doing a facial massage. The unit heats up just a bit, so it’s warm, and it feels wonderful.
I use it in the morning while I’m having my coffee and watching a little YouTube video. It’s a terrific device, and I’ve noticed excellent results.
