Today I’m putting together a look that has been the biggest request from all of you guys!
This is the most requested makeup look I’ve ever had. It’s the blue eyeshadow look but the party doesn’t stop there. I’m going to be trying some new makeup from Loreal. They sent over a new Blurring Primer and Loreal Age Perfect Magnifying Waterproof Mascara.
Come along and join me for this fun makeup session!
The Loreal Age Perfect Blurring Primer comes in a nice little squeeze tube. It almost feels like a thick lotion. It gave me a lot of blurry quality, which I love in a primer. It feels very hydrating and light and doesn’t feel heavy at all. It has all the things I’m looking for in a primer.
I love the Loreal Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation. It has the most beautiful radiant finish, and it always looks great on the skin.
One of the things I really love about this foundation is that it’s so reliable. It goes on beautifully every time I use it, and it doesn’t look patchy or dry. It almost feels a little bit like skincare going on. This foundation has good medium coverage and a little bit of radiance. It gives my skin a nice glow which I appreciate.
The Loreal Age Perfect Blush in Peony is such a pretty pink color. It’s kind of an interesting combination between peach and pink, so it could work with a lot of different skin tones. The nice thing about Loreal Age Perfect Blush is that they’re really subtle. It’s hard to go from zero to clown in an instant. The colors are very soft and natural-looking.
You guys know how much I love the Loreal Lumi BronzeIt; it is such a great drugstore product. I use it on the face to add a bit of contouring. When I apply this bronzer, I like to put it slightly higher than the actual hollow of my cheek because I’m trying to lift everything up.
I also like to use it as a transition shade on my eyes when I’m having just a very casual makeup day. If you have this product and you haven’t used it as an eyeshadow, give it a whirl!
I really want to bring blue eyeshadow back for us over 50 gals, at least for a little while. These Loreal Shadows are a lot of fun to work with; it’s like a flashback to Highschool.
The color Argentic is more of a silvery blue. The formula is so creamy and pigmented; it blends out like a dream.
After using the Loreal Age Perfect Magnifying Waterproof Mascara, I looked in my mirror and thought, Holy Smokes – my eyelashes really do look a whole lot longer. I’m not sure how easy it will come off; it seems a little bit drier than the non-waterproof version.
When I put on the second coat, it didn’t go on as smoothly as it does with the non-waterproof formula. In the future, when I put on the second coat, I won’t let the first coat get fully dry. I’m really liking this formula so far!
