The Ordinary Peeling Solution Benefits

The Ordinary AHA BHA Peeling Solution

One of my absolute favorite products from The Ordinary is the AHA BHA Peeling Solution, it’s a real game changer! This exfoliant is a very effective exfoliator peel for your skin. When I say peeling solution, it doesn’t mean that things will peel off. Instead, it exfoliates your skin so you can get off all those dead skin cells, and the newer, brighter skin can come through.

A bottle will last me 6 to 8 months, so it is cost-effective. I use the peel one night a week. Then that night, for my skincare, I don’t use anything except a very gentle moisturizer to give my skin time to get off all those dead skin cells.

I recommend this to anyone who is launching an anti-aging skincare routine. Start with washing your face and use this peel, a moisturizer, and sunscreen for 4 to 6 weeks because when we begin a new anti-aging skincare routine, we first need to get off all the old dead skin.

NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum

NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum

I am over the moon about the NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum. I wasn’t that interested in adding copper peptides into my skincare routine. However, I did a test and tried the NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum.

I was so stunned and surprised at the difference in my skin after using the copper peptides. It blew me away, this has been one of my favorite over 50 game changers.

It’s a little bit hard to describe the difference in my skin. The one analogy that I have come up with is – you know, when you’re baking a cake, and you pull it out of the oven, and it’s not entirely done yet. You can tell because you tap the top, and the top doesn’t spring back. So you put it back into the oven and pull it out five minutes later, and you tap the top in, and the top bounces back.

That’s what copper peptides did to my skin, and I’ll tell you I was so shocked by the bounciness and the firmness in my skin. It’s significantly different than before I started using them.

The Ordinary Buffet Review

The Ordinary Buffet with Copper Peptides.

Suppose you’re not ready for NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum investment. You can easily and affordably still include Copper Peptides into your anti-aging skincare routine using The Ordinary Buffet with Copper Peptides.

You can tell the difference in this buffet serum from the regular Buffet because the color is blue. Copper peptides are a blue serum, so you can know you’re getting copper peptides.

I buy the NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum about one time a year. One of the bottles will last me for a few months. Then, I use the Buffet serum with the copper peptides 1% formula for the rest of the year. I find that it’s a very effective way for me to keep copper peptides in my skincare routine.

What Does Argireline Do for Skin?

<img loading=
The Ordinary Argireline Solution

Argireline. Also known as acetyl hexapeptide-3 or acetyl hexapeptide-8. It is a six amino acid peptide used in anti-aging. Argireline is a fragment of snap 25, a substrate of the botulinum. It works by limiting the functioning of neurotransmitters to activate the movement in your facial muscles, so it works exactly as Botox does.

In addition, Argireline has been shown to promote collagen production. So we know that collagen and elastin are what we want to add more into our anti-aging skincare routine. I came across this ingredient when I was doing some anti-aging research. It has been around for a while, and it was trendy several years ago.

It was touted as Botox in a bottle. So when I came across that, I was a little bit skeptical. However, I did do a little bit of research and what I found out is that the opinions were kind of mixed. Some people say that it was indeed Botox in a bottle, and some people, including many dermatologists, noted that the actual molecule is too big to be absorbed into the skin to get the results they were saying it would give.

Ion Biome Gut Health

ION Gut Health

The ION Gut Health is the one product that many of you have said changed your lives. It’s made a massive difference in my life too!

If you’re not familiar with IONS Gut Health, this is a supplement that I take every single day. It has done more to help my health and help my appearance than I think anything else I have ever used. It got rid of my puffy under-eye bags, and it got rid of my bloated body – it has been quite the miracle supplement for me.

I have been taking IONS Gut Health for a little over two years now. I take a teaspoon in the morning along with my vitamin D, and then I’ll take another teaspoon one or two times a day, depending on how I feel I’ve been eating and how my body is feeling.

One of the biggest over 50 game changers has been ION Gut Health.

What are the benefits of Chaga?

Chaga Chunks from Birch Boys

Have you heard about Chaga? Chaga is a relatively new trend out there. It is a mushroom that grows on birch trees. It has some fantastic properties, mainly boosting our immune system, fighting inflammation, lowering blood sugar, reducing blood pressure, and alleviating arthritis. It truly is a miracle mushroom.

Chaga boosts vitamin D, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, and calcium. So it is quite the little powerhouse mushroom.

How to use chaga?

The best part is, Chaga is so easy to use! I take one chunk of the mushrooms into my slow cooker with a gallon and a half of distilled water. I let it cook overnight until the tea from the Chaga is black.

Once it’s black, I let it cool down, and I put it in a pitcher. I then use the Chaga tea for my coffee in the morning. I use half Chaga tea and half distilled water in my French press; that’s how I easily get Chaga tea into my diet.

You can drink the Chaga mixture as regular tea if you don’t drink coffee. It has a very mild flavor. I added a little bit of non-sugar sweetener. It’s just delicious and such game changers for us over 50 gals!

Benefits of Red Light Therapy

MITO red light unit

The device that I think impacted me the most is my MITO red light unit. After using the MITO Red Light Unit for a few months, I started to notice a dramatic improvement in my skin tone, skin texture, and skin firmness.

Every morning, I sit in front of the MITO red light unit for about 10 minutes. It hits my body from stem to stern. I move my head and my neck around, making sure that it hits my hairline hits all the different sides of my face and neck.

There are so many red-light units on the market because they really, really work. Red light generates something called ATP. It’s the spark or the fuel for your body. So the red light that gets into your skin is fueling your body and giving out lots and lots of energy to regenerate and repair skin.

After using the MITO red light device, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin tone, texture, and firmness.
